By accessing or using PawfectClip (“the Service”), provided by Lone Star Holdings, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. User Responsibilities
As a user of PawfectClip, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others
3. Groomer Subscription Terms
For grooming shop subscriptions:
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard
- Refunds: Refunds are provided on a prorated basis for annual subscriptions
- Price Changes: We will notify you 30 days before any price increases
4. Account Lifecycle
Registration: Users must register with valid contact information. One account per user or business entity.
Deactivation: Users may deactivate their accounts at any time. Deactivation does not automatically cancel paid subscriptions.
Data Retention: Upon account deletion, we retain data for 30 days before permanent deletion, except where required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of photos and content they upload. By using PawfectClip, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. The PawfectClip brand, logo, and application are the intellectual property of Lone Star Holdings, LLC
6. Liability Limitations and Disclaimers
PawfectClip is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for grooming outcomes, miscommunication between users, or damages resulting from use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Lone Star Holdings, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
